Krissy Wilson is a writer and artist based in Chicago, IL. She is pursuing an MFA in Writing at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and she holds a BA in English from the University of Florida.
Her most recent project is the Tumblr-spotlighted blog The Art of Google Books (Press), which recognizes book digitization as rephotography and values the signs of use that accompany digital texts as worthy of documentation and study. In the past year, it has garnered more than 60,000 followers and produced multiple art exhibits and talks.
